Tom Smith MA VetMB CertSAS MANZCVSc MRCVS DACVS-SA Specialist Small Animal Surgeon.
Director. Tom is the company director and along with Annie is responsible for the day-to-day running of the company. Tom qualified in the United Kingdom in 2000 and has since been involved solely in small animal practice with the latter decade as a referral surgeon. In addition to running Veterinary Orthopaedics Tom has a ‘day job’ working ‘in the trenches’ as a specialist surgeon so he is very much ‘in tune’ with the needs, challenges and demands of a veterinary surgeon. Please feel free to contact him (email or telephone) for free advice on what implants and instruments will help you fulfill your goals. Tom is happy to read radiographs free of charge and is happy to discuss case management where needed. Away from work Tom has a number of interests including gardening, all-grain home brewing, competitive rifle shooting and of course spending time with his wife Annie and family in Toowoomba.
