Refund policy

Change of mind - any unused items ordered can be returned within 30 days of date of invoice at no cost to you (other than postage to return) - and either exchanged for another item to the same value, or a credit will be applied to your account for future purchases, or refund processed to you.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging (where possible).

After 30 days from invoice - any unused items that you 'change your mind on' and wish to return - can be exchanged or credited to your account - however these will incur a 5% restocking fee.

All items come with a 12 month warranty from date of purchase.  Any faulty item that has been used in the manner it was designed will be eligible for replacement, refund or credit note to towards future purchases.  Faulty returned items will not incur the restocking fee. 

To start a return, please use the attached Product Return Form and email it to tom@veterinaryorthopaedics.com.au

For change of mind, please note that the items must be received by us together with completed Product Return Form us within 30 days  of the invoice date to avoid the restocking fee.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
