Shipping policy

Where possible, orders placed before noon (AEST - Qld time) on business days will be packed on the same day and booked in for sending on the same day. 

Orders in Australia are sent using the Team Global Express (Team GE) Overnight network, and are usually delivered within 1-2 business days to capital cities and most Queensland addresses.  Interstate regional locations and some remote Queensland locations are often delivered within 2-3 business days. 

For customers buying online using card to pay, when finalising purchase, customers will be charged a flat fee of $35 (GST incl) for Team Global Express 1-3 day delivery.  If the package is heavy or bulky, Veterinary Orthopaedics reserve the right to increase the shipping fee to cover the Team Global Express fee.  If significantly bulky or heavy, Veterinary Orthopaedics will price check the difference between Team Global Express or Express Post and send it via the lower of the two costs.  In the scenario where the fee is going to be higher than the $35 flat fee, an email will be sent to the customer to advise of any additional charges to be processed on the card used for the purchase.

For approved business customers, orders will be submitted as Draft orders and we will pack the order and then add the shipping cost to the order before the order is finalised.  Invoices will be sent to the business accounts / billing email address when the order is packed and ready for sending.  At this time, tracking details are available.

For approved business customers - Standard Post & Packaging rates are as follows (and are subject to change based on Team GE pricing variations) – all prices include GST:

 Queensland:

<1kg  - $22.50 : 1-3kg - $24.50 : 3-5kg - $27.50

All other States in Australia:

<1kg  - $32 : 1-3kg - $37.50 : 3-5kg - $45.00

Packages greater than 5kg will be priced based on the best of Team Global Express Overnight parcels or Australia Post Express Mail rates.

International orders:

For International Orders, please create a Business Account.

Cost of delivery will be provided on the order when confirmed.

Deliveries to New Zealand will be booked in with Team GE for delivery and expected transit times will be 3-5 days.

Expected timeframe and pricing for delivery to other countries will be notified at time of booking in with Courier company.

Tracking Details are available on all packages after the order is fulfilled and booked in for delivery with Team GE or Australia Post.
