Shipping policy
Where possible, orders placed before 12:00 pm AEST (QLD time) on business days will be packed and dispatched the same day. Orders in Australia are generally sent via Team Global Express (Team GE) Overnight.
Estimated delivery times
Capital cities / most QLD locations: 1–2 business days
Regional interstate / remote QLD locations: 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services.
Online orders are charged a flat $40 (incl. GST) shipping fee. For unusually heavy or bulky orders where shipping exceeds $40, we’ll compare Team Global Express and Australia Post Express and select the lower-cost suitable option. We’ll contact you before dispatch with any additional shipping cost for approval. If you choose to proceed, we’ll send you a secure payment link for the difference - your original card will not be charged automatically. If you prefer not to proceed, you may cancel your order for a full refund.
Approved Business Accounts (B2B) orders are submitted as Draft Orders, allowing us to calculate shipping based on the actual packed order before finalising it. Your invoice, including the applicable shipping charge, will be sent to your nominated billing email once your order has been packed and is ready for dispatch.

For packages over 5 kg, we’ll compare Team Global Express Overnight and Australia Post Express and use the lower-cost suitable option. Shipping rates are subject to change in line with courier pricing.
For international orders, please create a Business Account. Shipping will be calculated and confirmed before your order is finalised.
New Zealand orders are generally sent via Team Global Express, with an estimated transit time of 3 - 5 business days.
International shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be confirmed when your order is processed.
Tracking is provided for all orders once they have been dispatched with Team Global Express or Australia Post.
