Single Loop Cerclage Tightener: Designed for wires with a single loop or eyelet.  Utilises one crank to tighten the wire.  Ideal for standard cerclage applications where the wire encircles the bone once.  Stainless Steel

Double Loop Cerclage Tightener:  Specifically crafted for double loop (or twin-loop) cerclage wires.  Equipped with two cranks, allowing simultaneous tightening of both strands of the double loop wire. Achieves higher initial tension, leading to better compression at the fracture site.  Simplifies the tightening process by providing consistent tensioning.  Stainless steel with Teflon (autoclave safe) handle.
